See our application form here: KMA Christmas Market Signup Form 2025
- Vendors can purchase up to two 2-foot spaces for $60 each. This includes a tabletop and/or the wall behind it. As horizontal space is limited, think vertical!
- Registration can be done in-person at the Museum. Forms are available at the Museum and on our website and can be submitted by e-mail to info@kitimatmuseum.ca, but must be signed.
- Payment is due at time of registration. Vendors must have a paid museum membership ($9.00/yr; $6.00/yr for seniors).
- A list of all products and prices must be sent to the Museum by November 14th 2025.
- Vendors will not need to stay at the Museum to sell your goods – Museum staff will do it for you. Extra inventory will be restocked by Museum staff as necessary.
- Vendors are responsible for setting up their own stalls during the week of November 24th-28th 2025. They will be given a date and time slot to avoid overcrowding. All unsold merchandise and props are to be picked up by the vendors in the week of January 5th 2026.
- All vendors will be paid in January 2026, by cheque or e-transfer. These payments will exclude a 3% payment processing fee.
- Museum staff will periodically check the Upstairs Gallery in order to restock items, but we cannot guarantee constant supervision of the stalls. The Museum will not be held responsible for any losses incurred.
- Due to regulations, we are unable to allow any products marketed as medicinal.
